All deliveries are undertaken by TNL.ME. We will deliver virtually anywhere in Sri Lanka. Delivery is free within Colombo City limits, and a minimal charge will be applied for delivery outside Colombo.

Orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery. Certain partners may offer the option of Express Delivery (this will be indicated on each partner page), which will be delivery within 12 hours of placing the order, and this will be subjected to an additional fee.

Please Note:

• All orders and delivery timescales are subject to availability and orders are confirmed only upon confirmation e-mail from TNL.ME. Payment will not be taken until such confirmation is made.


• We reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.


• We do not deliver overseas.


• A signature will be required upon delivery. Signatures will confirm that the goods were received and in good condition.


• Orders can only be cancelled where you have chosen an advance delivery date more than 48 hours from the time at the placing of the order. Such orders can be cancelled by email to customerservice@tnl.me or by telephone to Ext 153 quoting the specific order number.


• All deliveries will include a complimentary TNL.ME greeting card, which will contain a handwritten message as dictated by the customer. We reserve the right to edit any message that contains offensive and/or inappropriate content.


• Where the product has not arrived in perfect condition, we will refund the cost of the goods OR we will replace the goods.


• Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries.


• Where a special instruction has been left to deliver at a certain time, whilst all effort will be made to do so we cannot guarantee that items will be delivered during the stipulated time.
